This 51' Symbol is a double cabin with a cockpit. The hull has flared bows, chines, modified V underbody and transom stern. The layout of the interior consists of a forepeak chain locker and forward cabin with center-line double berth, separate enclosed head and shower stall compartments, followed by port dinette and starboard galley. Next up step, the main cabin containing starboard side lower helm and door casement to side deck, moveable furniture and access to the machinery space through hatches in the cabin sole. The aft cabin contains an enclosed head with tub, angled double berth and door casement to cockpit. The main cabin is surmounted by a canvas enclosed bridge deck.
