Tollycraft's timeless 61..

We helped this owner moved up from his Tolly 48 CPMY to this magnificent 61 and it is a pleasure to work with them again. We knew the previous owner of this vessel very well, and have an extensive understanding of her history, upgrades and operation.

I have been cruising on a Tolly 61 every summer season for the past nine years and can attest to how perfectly suited this hull and layout are for our local conditions. Pilothouse forward visibility is perfect at all speeds and I find very little reason to run her from the bridge, even while docking. Likely one of the most seaworthy yachts in her size range, the modern digital stabilizers guarantee a rock steady ride while the bow and stern thrusters make docking a non event.

It's remarkable, even after many years, the 61 never fails to draw admiring glances and comments from other boaters who actually 'know'...

Salon/Galley

Enter port side aft through Teak double doors from covered cockpit and side decks. Salon is open plan with entertainment centre aft C/W 44" HDTV, home theatre etc. Espar diesel heat. LED lighting throughout. Large new custom L shaped sofa and custom teak expandable table to starboard. Large screened opening windows with mini blinds.

Galley is large with new Corian tops, New S/S Frigidaire professional double door refer with water/ice dispenser, New S/S Frigidaire Professional 30" gas range/oven with lit fan hood, new Kitchen Aid S/S compactor. New Double sink, Grohe faucet and disposer. Large expanse of counter top and storage, brightly lit by numerous LED lamps and a large opening screened window behind the sink. Large butcher block beside range and two huge lit pantry storage closets adjacent. The galley was custom reconfigured by moving the Refer across to the port side in a custom teak cabinet, providing a multi person work space which is completely open to the salon area, perfect for entertaining.

Pilot House

One of the best pilot house layouts on a vessel of this size. Easy forward visibility at all speeds. Plenty of room to move around the Stidd helm chair, a full size chart flat with drawers that can hold an un-folded chart, superb visibility and two wing doors for easy access. Access forward to the accommodation, aft to the salon and up to the flybridge. Great raised settee and table providing companion seating. Highlights include ZF Matters electronic engine controls with Hynautic emergency back up, Key Power touch screen digital stabilizers, Bow and Stern Thruster controls, rear view camera. Simrad AP25 autopilot, Two 24 inch LCD monitors display radar and navigation information. New Sitex T-160 PC Based radar system. Tank tender for all fluid levels. Staterooms

3 stateroom, 2 head layout layout. Apartment sized ASKO washer and dryer in passageway closet.

Master- Full beam with cross ventilation and light from four large S/S screened opening ports. Full en suite head with two large screened ports bath tub/ shower and VacuFlush toilet.

Master Stateroom has centreline Queen bed and a huge amount of drawer/ full size closet hanging storage. 23" HDTV connected to KVH M5 satellite TV system. Stunning teak storage/bureau and custom solid teak doors custom fabricated by Sharp Boatbuilding in interior refit. Must be seen!

VIP forward is larger than most master staterooms, has centreline queen, 4 opening screened ports and an overhead hatch provide massive amounts of light and ventilation. Generous drawer and hanging storage. Access to anchor locker forward and bilge space below provides abundant storage/ access to Bow Thruster. HDTV connected to KVH satellite TV system.

Side Stateroom has an overhead hatch, 2 opening screened ports, 2 single beds and abundant storage for guests.

Guest head has large stall shower and VacuFlush head. Vent fan and large screened opening port. In the passageway there is a large hatch to Bilge space/ basement with huge storage capacity and an overhead hatch for light and ventilation.

Exterior/Fly bridge

Large 24 volt Galley Maid capstan windlass with ample chain rode and 110 LB. Claw anchor. Washdown system. Covered side decks and cockpit provide sheltered, safe areas for line/ fender handling with beautiful teak cap rails. Transom door to wide swim grid.

Flybridge is massive with new retractible Bimini canvas. Full instrumentation and controls. Simrad CE42 High brightness chart plotter, autopilot, bow and stern thruster controls.
