Dragonfly was built in Canada by Forbes Cooper of Copper Yachts who is also known for building excellent quality boats both in power and sail. The Maple Leaf was Stan Huntingford design. Drangonfly had a refit done in 2018/2019. She is a masthead cutter rig. A new Beta 150 hp engine installed in 2018. Extensive upgrades to the interior, rigging, electrical, plumbing, generator.....
All this was done in preparation to sail off from Vancouver to Mexico in 2020. She now lies just north of Puerto Vallarta.in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Nayarit.
